Is it possible to paint the White Knight Laminate paint onto a timber bench top?

Hi Kate, while this would work, it isn’t recommended for use on timber. I would suggest talking to your local Bunnings paint specialist as they will have some better product suggestions for you. C x

Thanks so much for this article! I am desperate to have a question answered about this if anyone can help? I am doing a timber/wood kitchen, so is this laminate primer and paint suitable for wood/timber cabinetry, and if so are you sure I won’t need to put a coat of stain blocker on?? Thank you!

      Hi Catherine,

Sounds like you’d be okay simply sanding and then priming before painting. However I’d always recommend getting in touch with White Knight directly just to be sure. C x
