Oh, how I loathe auctions. The excitement, nervousness and pure blood-pumping energy of this cooker-pot situation makes you feel like you want to faint each and every time you have to buy a property this way. Well, last weekend, the feeling was no different. I bought another property - structural project number 31 at auction. Hip, hip, hooray!
